April mit 99,91 Prozent f\u00fcr eine Dividendenaussch\u00fcttung in H\u00f6he von 0,40 Euro je Aktie gestimmt. Die Auszahlung der Dividende erfolgt heute.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorstand der Online Marketing Solutions AG, Dr. Niko Bardowicks, pr\u00e4sentierte den Aktion\u00e4ren zudem die positive Entwicklung der operativen Ergebnisse des Jahres 2011.
