Das gilt auch in unserem Alltag bei der Online Marketing Solutions AG (OMSAG). Wir fungieren zum einen als Vermittler und <strong>Ansprechpartner<\/strong> f\u00fcr firmeninterne Projekt- und Prozessanfragen und schlussendlich auch f\u00fcr die gezielte Koordination und Steuerung der IT-Projekte. Dabei kommt es uns nicht alleine auf Erfahrungswerte oder Wissen an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ebenso wichtig ist die <strong>Bereitschaft<\/strong>, sich gegen\u00fcber stetig wachsenden Themen weiter zu entwickeln \u2013 als Team, als Leistungstr\u00e4ger, als Mensch! Als<strong> achtk\u00f6pfiges Team<\/strong> gliedert sich unsere Arbeit in die beiden Teilbereiche Projektmanagement und IT. Auf Basis interner Systementwicklung und Infrastruktur ist es unsere Aufgabe, eine plangerechte Umsetzung und Implementierung neuer Features und System\u00e4nderungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Auch allgemeine Themen der Vertriebssteuerung, sowie Planung und Organisation von Events &amp; Tagungen, wie die j\u00e4hrlich sattfindende Aktion\u00e4rsversammlung, fallen in unseren <strong>Aufgabenbereich<\/strong>. So unterliegt auch der bevorstehende Umzug in den neuen, eigenen Firmensitz dem Verantwortungs- und Organisationsbereich von IT &amp; Projektmanagement. Berichte zu laufenden Themen und anliegenden Projekten, werden in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Was uns von der Konkurrenz unterscheidet<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als Dienstleister im Bereich Suchmaschinenoptimierung ist es sicherlich <strong>keine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit,<\/strong> CRM Systeme, Tools und Applikationen selbst zu entwickeln und zu administrieren. Vielmehr ist es ein Qualit\u00e4tsmerkmal, dass es uns erlaubt, unabh\u00e4ngig von Partnern oder Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen eine komplett individuelle und leistungsf\u00e4hige IT-Infrastruktur aufzubauen und uns schlussendlich auch von der Konkurrenz abhebt. Unsere IT-Abteilung, bestehend aus vier Anwendungsentwicklern und zwei Systemadministratoren, ist hierbei f\u00fcr die Umsetzung und (System-)entwicklung gegebener \u00c4nderungsanforderungen (ChangeRequests), sowie die schlussendliche Benutzeradministration und Bereitstellung von Hardware, zust\u00e4ndig. Die Zuweisung und zeitliche Koordination der einzelnen Auftr\u00e4ge wird von PMO gesteuert.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Unsere Aufgabe: Modernes Management und zukunftsorientierte IT verbinden<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Was nach Hand-in-Hand laufenden Arbeitsschritten und -prozessen klingt, bedarf <strong>sorgf\u00e4ltiger Planung.<\/strong> Ein ChangeRequest liegt vor, wird gepr\u00fcft, weitergegeben und implementiert \u2013 so schnell, wie das nun klingt, geht es dann aber nat\u00fcrlich nicht. Wir arbeiten jedoch daran, jede \u00c4nderung und Umsetzung auf Basis von Kosten, Inhalt, Nutzen und Zeitaufwand so schnell es geht zu optimieren. So k\u00f6nnen wir dem Interesse und der Anforderung unserer Stakeholder \u2013 also aller von der Anpassung beteiligten und \/ oder profitierenden Personen &#8211; gerecht werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Von Kleinprojekten zur IT-Entwicklung: Eine breite Stra\u00dfe, mit vielen M\u00f6glichkeiten und Abzweigungen, die dennoch <strong>durch zweierlei verbunden<\/strong> ist: Modernes Management und zukunftsorientierte IT. Diese beiden Komponenten zu verbinden, haben wir uns zur Aufgabe gemacht.
