Denn hier birgt sich das <strong>gr\u00f6\u00dfte Potential<\/strong> und auch die wichtigste Grundlage f\u00fcr unseren Gesch\u00e4ftserfolg!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wissbegierig und dynamisch sein, sich im eigenen Team wohl f\u00fchlen und auch mal au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Ideen realisieren &#8211; das ist aus unserer Sicht die ideal gelebte Unternehmenskultur.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aus diesem Grund setzen wir uns auch f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung von gut ausgebildeten Fachkr\u00e4ften ein und bieten jedes Jahr vielen jungen Schulabg\u00e4ngern die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine Ausbildung bei uns zu absolvieren. Auch 2012 haben wir daher einen ganzen Schwung <strong>Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte eingestellt,<\/strong>\u00a0die am 1. August mit gro\u00dfen Augen und voller Motivation bei uns in Eschborn angefangen haben:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damit sich unsere Blog-Leser auch ein Bild davon machen k\u00f6nnen, wie eine Ausbildung bei uns abl\u00e4uft, startet ab heute eine kleine Serie an Blogbeitr\u00e4gen unter dem Titel \u201eOMSAG-Azubis stellen sich vor\u201c.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jede Woche m\u00f6chten wir nun einem der neuen Kollegen die M\u00f6glichkeit bieten, <strong>sich unseren Lesern vorzustellen<\/strong>, von dem eigenen Werdegang zu berichten und mit Euch gemeinsam einen kurzen Ausblick auf die vor ihnen liegenden Lehrjahre zu wagen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au\u00dferdem stellen wir Euch die zust\u00e4ndigen Ausbilder vor und bieten regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auch Insider-Einblicke in interessante Projekte, in denen die Azubis praktische Einblicke in die wichtigsten Aufgaben im jeweiligen Team gewinnen und ihre F\u00e4higkeiten unter Beweis stellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Also seid gespannt!
